The staff at Leaders are lovely, very helpful and have excellent communication. We found the Goodlord app a mixed bag: it has some good points such as helping you organise your utilities and WiFi but there is a lot of it and anyone who isn't tech savvy will find this a trial. All in all, a good experience.
