Had a viewing today with Phoebe at a property looking to rent. She was extremely professional and very welcoming from the get go. Very knowledgeable and honest and was able to answer all my questions quickly and professionally. We had a very pleasant experience with Leaders, all the staff we dealt with were friendly and responsive. Viewing of our property was organised quickly and they accommodated our timeframes. In particular Phoebe and Tom were particularly helpful. Phoebe met us at the property on the Saturday and despite the office closing at 1 pm she allowed us all the time we needed to view the property, answered all our questions and we didn't feel rushed at all.
