This review is aimed specifically at thanking Georgina Naylor of Leaders who always goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with the service provided and the overall outcome. She schedules notes and reminders, ensuring that accurate and punctual communication is maintained throughout your dealings with her. Whether that is a property maintenance issue, or pointing someone in the right direction when a property is due to be re-let, etc. I’ve always found Georgina to be proactive, whilst being friendly and polite throughout all my dealing with her. Obviously, team work, makes the dream work but Georgina has proved to me over many years with dealing with Leaders that individuals do stand out and provide clients with exceptional customer service.
