Always very polite and accomodating during inspections, I have had Ellie do these the last few times who is very polite and easy to talk about any issues, of which do get reported back which has not always happened for me with previous rental companies.

Thomas was very helpful throughout the process starting from the viewing to move in date, he always was happy to help with any questions asked.
