Been renting with Leaders for many years and always very helpful and easy to contact. Big fan of new reporting system for any issues as have always had a response same day each time. Always very polite and accomodating during inspections, I have had Ellie do these the last few times who is very polite and easy to talk about any issues, of which do get reported back which has not always happened for me with previous rental companies.

Thomas was very helpful throughout the process starting from the viewing to move in date, he always was happy to help with any questions asked.

I had the pleasure of Ellie coming for my inspection of property, she knocked politely and greeted me with a warm smile and introduced herself, she asked if she should take her shoes off which I appreciated, did what she came to do and left with no issues, I asked if she could try and be quiet as my child was sleeping and I didn’t hear a peep. Overall we’ve been with this estate agents for a good few years now and they always answer any questions I have and are always polite and friendly on the phone. All the lady’s and gentleman are lovely to speak to.

We have just got our keys to our new home and it couldn’t have been any easier and stress free if it wasn’t for our point of contact Lucy. She was always on hand to answer a question and kept us well informed every step. Thank you Lucy from my self and my family
