Lovely and helpful house inspector Samantha

Had a lovely lady called Sam come over this morning to do a home inspection, she was friendly, professional and very informative regarding the house we have been in for the past 9 years. I was extremely negative from the previous inspections, but she has been very kind and has made it nice to keep on renting this lovely home. Thank you Sam

Really lovely person explained few things needed doing and she checked and said look into it.and was very polite and in all such nice person makes pleasant visit.and nice u can chat and ask anything..hope to get u again.

Lovely company to rent from, helpful and friendly

Sam who carries out the monthly house inspections is lovely. She’s always on time and very thorough. From a tenants point of view, I feel she really cares about your living conditions and is the first to report any issues.
