I absolutely recommend especially for first time renters they made the process so smooth and easy for me. Also they make it as stress free as possible, answering any questions promptly. I had really positive experiences with Leo and Amber without them I wouldn’t of taken this perfect flat. Leo was very warm and very professional and understanding even when I was still weighing my options. Even after a while he remembered me and let me know the flat I had looked at not only dropped in price but was still available! Then after that he was very prompt with helping me start the process. My next positive experience was with Amber, she was warm and made me feel so comfortable and there was no pressure at all. She was so patient with me even as I wasn’t sure about taking the flat. The other place I was looking at the estate’s agency took a while to get a hold of, and never had an answer for me and honestly it felt like they weren’t interested in helping me and making me wait so long for an answer that was ultimately no and no other options were offered. Amber however was contacting me asking me if I had decided. Even telling me to do what was best for me, which I really needed to hear those words. She was amazing and truly kind and guided me through everything. Then when getting the keys everyone was welcoming and lovely and even they gave me a welcome home gift containing teas, gift vouchers and things. It was so sweet!! I can only attest to my experience but it was absolutely amazing and I wasn’t dismissed even when I’m on the younger side which I really appreciated!! I will definitely be using leaders and recommending them to all my friends who are going to be moving! Thank you so much Amber and Leo for helping me find my home!

Leo was very helpful throughout the whole process. As this was my first time moving in the UK, I had a lot of questions, but he explained everything clearly and made things much easier for me. I really appreciated his support and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Olivia has been most helpful in sorting out a recent monetary transfer & generally helpful and prompt in resolving any issues we have had with our property let
