I honestly cannot thank Emir enough for all his help throughout this whole process. He has been incredibly attentive, understanding, empathetic and professional from start to finish. During a very stressful period for me, he was always patient, reassuring and genuinely kind. He replied quickly every time, kept me updated throughout, and truly did everything he could to help me secure our new home. I also want to thank Chloe and the rest of the team for their professionalism and support during the process. But especially Emir — you can tell he genuinely cares about people and wants to help. I will always appreciate the effort, patience and kindness he showed us. Highly recommended 😊

Fantastic service from Leaders. As a landlord who isn’t local, having a team I can genuinely rely on makes all the difference. Chloe, Emir and Lynn have been exactly that! They were always quick to respond, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They helped get the flat ready for the new tenant, handled everything smoothly on my behalf, and found a great tenant within just two weeks. I’ve felt completely supported throughout the whole process. Truly grateful for their help and would highly recommend them!
