Service was brilliant. Although, sometimes when I called the number provided when I searched this Leaders on Google, I was transferred to the one in Milton Keynes I do not know why (Reason for the four star). Shout out to Ms Ruby Thornton for providing me great help through my process and working with me when I had some issues with the referencing. I do believe that goodlord will need to make some amendments to how they send email for referencing. A 24 hour wait for them to reply to an email that can be easily done in 10 mins is not OK.

Great service from Shannon from start to finish. Viewing was arranged very promptly. Assisted my step mother with paperwork which took a few hours to complete but was no bother at all. Would highly recommend and very happy with my new home!
