One of the associates Abigail Flin is very helpfull. Always responding to my emails and making processes smother which I really appreciate. The processes within the company can be a bit confusing but she's helped with my queries fast and efficiently.

Posting an honest feedback, I’ve had mixed experiences with Leaders since I started with them, understandably it’s person-to-person basis. I’ve had 4 property managers change in a period of less than 10months, however my experience so far with Abigail has been positive. She’s been ‘responsive and efficient’ throughout our interaction, most importantly understanding when a conversation is needed either via call or email. Communication is key especially in our busy lives. Abi has so far, kept the tenants welfare and requests in account as the connection between the landlord and myself. Keep up the good work Abi! Special mention to George, who was excellent in how he managed the property on short notice. Man of few words but probably made the most effective solutions and actions during his time! Thanks George :) Darcey was helpful when moving in for the first time, she was patient with queries and acted professionally when arranging requests between landlord and tenant.
