Letting a flat with Leaders. Process was quite tricky with the GoodLord online portal and tech issues throughout the process. Staff members did their best to navigate this, especially Holly and Helen, who helped with the portal and contacting landlords. Handover of keys was very smooth, and the box of goodies was appreciated!

The property viewing to signing the contract to keys was all very efficient, Holly did an excellent job and was very helpful throughout. There was a bit of trouble with the portal that was used, it was a little finicky but the staff at Leaders were very responsive and it was resolved well
