We knew Helen was the one when she came and did the valuation on our house. She was professional, seemed honest and thorough (told us all the things we needed to get the house ready). Nevertheless, when I called the other competitor to tell them we were going with Leaders, they wooed me by sharing statistics (which I now believe must have been fabricated.) We did not like the vibe we were getting from the other lettings agents. They were nonchalant and evasive when we asked questions. When they finally found a tenant, and we told them we did not want to use the no deposit option, they told us the tenants may not want to rent the property again. We waited for a response; however, a week later we still had not received any updates from them. With my tail between my legs, I called Helen, and she graciously accepted us as clients. Helen, offered to pick up the keys from the competitor - very gutsy! Within two days she found us tenants, and worked assiduously to ensure the property was ready for the tenants. With Helen, I felt like she actually cared about finding tenants for us. She went out of her way to ensure the property was ready in time for occupancy. We are now in the United States, and even with a five hour time difference, Helen always responded to my questions in a timely manner. She even gave me her number, so I could contact her outside office hours. You really cannot ask for more than that! If you are looking for a professional, diligent, honest and thorough, lettings agent, I highly recommend Helen at Leaders Gosport. She is the best!

Had a viewing whereby we were met by Jade. Jade was really helpful showing us around the property. Sadly the property wasn’t for my daughter but our search hasn’t ended. We would definitely choose leaders again
