Great service helped me find a really decent flat. Katarina in particular was an unbelievable help and to be quite frank went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Whether this was by driving me from flat to flat whilst I was injured, to really helping ok the verification process, she’s a real credit to her profession and branch, they should be grateful to have her. If it wasn’t for Kat I’d likely have been homeless and she made sure that I didn’t happen. Thank you for everything Kat
