I would just like to share my experience with Leaders, especially Ella McLaughlin what wonderful support and help she really has guided me through the whole process. She has been really professional and very patient with me as I’m not very techie .

From viewing to move-in, Ella stood out compared to other agencies, she was super professional, very responsive, and supportive throughout our journey. Edyta and Tamzen also showed how collaborative the leaders team is, as they were fully aware of our situation and were great help during our much shorter interactions. Thanks again.

I've been a tenant for almost 11 years and can honestly say that Leaders have come a long way since my first involvement with them back in 2015. We've certainly had some teething issues but following a restructure at their Horsham branch (a few years back) things have improved dramatically. Recently my property manager is changing however I would like to say that Ms Chloe Keeping has been amazing. She has understood my needs helped address and put right all my prior issues and have even aided me in navigating their new online system. Leaders have changed over the last decade and treat tenants as valued customers they've become a nice company to deal with - although I've not been a problem tenant so cannot comment on that side of the business - however if your a decent tenant then I am sure you will enjoy your time with Leaders, as I am currently doing so at present.

I can’t recommend Ella McLaughlin at Leaders in Horsham highly enough. From start to finish, she provided truly outstanding service while helping me secure my rental property in Horsham.
