I have just learned that your excellent property manager, Joanne Stakim, is moving on to pastures new. Just to say that as a landlord with a number of properies let via Leaders we have a lot of experience with various property managers over a number of years and so we can probably be reasonably qualified to judge how good they are. Jo has been looking after all our properties for some time now (which has been very helpful) and she has proved, very reliable and highly reactive to any queries from us or from tenants and always followed through.
