She explained everything very clearly and made the entire process easy to understand, which was especially important for me as a first-time renter. Even after everything was completed, when I emailed her with additional questions, she replied very quickly and was always happy to help. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication truly stood out. I also spoke with Rebecca over the phone, and she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. She answered my questions thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend both Stephanie and Rebecca - excellent service and wonderful support throughout :)
