We have just got the keys for our new rental home from Leaders, Nantwich 🥰🏡 We were shown around by Charlotte and she guided us through our application (including answering all of our questions and queries as we are not used to the online application and referencing system)! Charlotte was so friendly, approachable and professional...we couldn't believe it when we found out she was in training....you would swear she has been doing the job for a few years as she is so knowledgeable and professional! We felt in safe hands from the very start and as a little family with a young child, this was important to us in our search for a new home. We've been dealing with Vicky for a few viewings and even though we still haven't found the perfect place for us & our two pooches, I have no doubt that vicky will get us there when the right one shows up, couldn't be more grateful to be dealing with such a lovely person as so many we've dealt with at other agencies have been miserable, cold & so obviously just in it for the commission they couldn't care less about where they recommend to you, fingers crossed it won't be much longer until we've got the perfect one!
