I want to highlight the excellent communication and support I’ve received from Bethany, my Senior Property Manager, and Jolanta, the Branch Manager. They have worked closely with me on every aspect of my concerns and have been consistently professional, responsive, and thorough throughout. Bethany is new to managing my property, but she has genuinely outperformed all previous management I’ve had by a considerable margin. Her approach, clarity, and follow-through have been outstanding. Whenever anything required escalation or additional support, Jolanta handled it personally. The speed and efficiency at which she works is more than impressive. In the past, whenever I had an issue, I went directly to Jolanta, and the outcomes were always more than satisfactory — truly beyond expectations. I would also like to recognise Faith, who has recently become involved in my correspondence and has been working hard to secure new tenants for a recently vacant property. Her communication has been clear, professional, and exactly what you would hope for in this role. Finally, Aleksandra deserves special mention for guiding me smoothly and efficiently through the deposit process with my last tenant. That process can often be stressful, but she made it straightforward and well-managed from start to finish. Together, they represent the very best of what property management should look like.
