We then had a viewing with Jack who was very welcoming and gave us the space we needed during the viewing, he explained the process post viewing very well! Fantastic experience so far dealing with Leaders Northampton branch. The initial contact and updates from Jolanta and Jasmine as we were starting the process was great and the continued support form our account manager Faith Graham has been excellent. As expected with a new build there has been a few settling issues, however using the online portal to log the issues has been straight forward and Faith has had someone out to rectify any issues in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of renting via Leaders.

I had a really positive experience with Leaders. Faith, who I worked with directly, was incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly throughout the whole process. There was a bit of delay on my side, but she was very patient and guided me every step of the way, making everything feel much less stressful. My experience with service was fantastic. I felt welcomed and supported all the way from the time of application, viewing, referencing and moving in. Not only did I find the accommodation that I wanted Leader’s linked us to different service providers which made it easier for us and convenient too. I would like to make a special appreciation to Faith because she was very welcoming, friendly and knew we could go back to her anytime she was very supportive throughout the process.
