The property I moved into was far below acceptable standards, espcially from a supposedly reputable agency. Several pieces of the "furnished" furniture were in terrible condition—dirty, worn, and completely unfit for use. When I raised this with the agency, I was told the landlord *might* allow replacements if I paid for them myself—despite the flat being advertised as furnished. More worryingly, the electrical safety report included notes requiring urgent repairs for safety reasons, yet the apartment was handed over without any of these being addressed prior to moving. Edit 1: finally some updates with trying to move things forward. Obviously, not all issues have been sorted but at least there is some updated communication Edit 2: Ashley from property management team did a really good job to address most of my concerns. Still, there are further issues going on, but he was overall responsive.
