Megan was fantastic throughout the process. She kept in regular contact regarding the viewing, was flexible with timings, and always responded promptly to any questions we had. She put our case forward to the landlord as soon as she had all the necessary information, which we really appreciated. Megan also took the time to explain the Residency Membership option as an alternative to paying a full deposit, ensuring we fully understood our choices. During the viewing, she made sure we were asking the right questions so that we had all the information we needed before submitting our offer. Her knowledge, professionalism, and support made the whole experience much smoother, and we would highly recommend her.
