Charlie at Leaders, Southend has been great! Thank you. The only issue I have had with Leaders has been the £80 cost for the AML check which is provided by an outside company who then try and sell further products when they call you. Other estate agencies provide this check for far less than £80 but I’ve been advised this is a company wide policy. When moving is already expensive- this is another cost unfortunately - that could be reduced. Other than that- very happy and now looking forward to working with Niki to get our sale progressed quickly! Big thanks to Charlie!

Happily recommend Leaders. Been on a couple of viewings . I must say Lisa and Sophia always go above and beyond to help me. They are so friendly and happy to help me with any questions I need to ask and they are very thorough with their responses .They are a real credit to Leaders and im looking forward to them helping me in the very near future. Leaders were brilliant with us when selling our property. Charlie and David were amazing and always took our needs and wishes into account. Charlie showed great enthusiasm in selling our property and the effort he put in to doing so sped up the whole process. Very grateful for their hard work throughout the whole process which due to them was very quick.

Leaders are managing my letting flat, and are doing a great job. The staff are super professional, smart, cheerful and simply get the job done with no fuss! Worthy of mention is Lisa Aston for her excellent support in a recent tenant change.
