Fantastic service from Nikki and Justine ! Our very first experience of renting our apartment and both Nikki and Justine have been amazing in firstly finding the ideal couple to rent our apartment and then dealing with all aspects under their managed service . They are friendly , knowledgeable and supportive . We also had a leak at the outset and they dealt with this for us by liaising with Contractors , keeping our patient renters and us fully informed. I had a great experience letting my apartment via Leaders. Nikki and the team were great in explaining the process (I am a complete novice as a landlord). They arranged all viewings and provided feedback which was extremely helpful. They found a great tennant for the property and organised all remedial work to ensure the property met all the relevant regulations. A stressful process was made much easier by Nikki as I was in the process of moving overseas.
