Matt was excellent when attending my property today, he let me know in advance what time would be arriving and explained clearly the process he goes through.

Matt came round for the interim inspection. Was friendly and approachable. I have a dog that is very nervous around strangers. He handled it extremely well. Inspection was done in no time.

Georgina came out today to do my property inspection. She was lovely! And she got straight back to me regarding an issue I had. Thank you so much Georgina, was lovey to meet you :)

I welcomed Georgina and Matt into my home today for a property visit. Both were very friendly and respectful and did their job efficiently with Matt training under Georgina's guidance. They did all necessary checks, asked me about any issues and took photos and we had a little laugh along the way, too. I'm very happy with their work and with Leaders in general.

Georgia came to do an inspection and was incredibly warm, friendly and professional. It was lonely to chat with her and she made the process much more enjoyable than previous inspections
