Jhada was friendly and lovely throughout our interactions. She maintained clear communication during the letting process. One small area that could be improved is clearer communication around the property manager’s details for key pickup, as that would have made the move-in a bit smoother. Even after reaching out by email, I wasn’t provided the details, and was given them by another agent, which made the process less smooth than it could have been. With clearer communication in that area, I think the experience would have been excellent.

My situation was really difficult and many other agencies gave up, but not leaders!, Staff are super respectful and supportive, everything got done so fast, and so promptly. 10/10

Nour is amazing. I dealt less with Sophie, but when I did, she was great too and both were really understanding of my situation. I was getting a bit frustrated with the admin team at one point, (not related to Nour or the team in the Surbiton office) and every time I called she helped me. Either for chasing internally or giving me an update etc so that ultimately my move in date happened when it had to. Also had a bit of a nightmare with a last minute inventory being done on my move in day, which showed a missing Carbon Monoxide alarm which Leaders needed to sort before I could move in. I was in the moving van at the time so a delayed move was not feasible for me. Nour went out of her way (on her day off) to check the property herself and found the external inventory company had literally not seen the monoxide alarm was there and working. So she once again, enabled me to move in on the date agreed. I really really appreciate her and Sophie's help because I know I probably wasn't being the easiest to deal with! I highly recommend renting through the team at Leaders Surbiton.
