I wanted to take a moment to write a review regarding the sale of my house. A big shoutout to Annie Wesley, who has done an incredible job for me once again. This is my second move with her and the team at Waterlooville. They made the entire process stress-free, which we all know can be challenging from start to finish. We would like to thank Annie and her team for making what is usually a stressful time into a smooth and stressless process. They were helpful, knowledgeable about the current market, and very approachable. They took their time to explain to us what to expect when selling our property.   They kept us updated throughout the selling process and sold the house within seven weeks. A lot quicker than we expected. We had a figure in mind but Annie advised us to aim higher and as a result the final price exceeded our expectations. We appreciate all the work that was put in to sell the house and quite frankly we could not have wished for a better team on our side. The leader’s team are just brilliant. They were letting agents for my father’s house and as care costs are so high I recently had to sell the property. Of course I stuck with Leaders for the sale as well. It wasn’t a smooth process but they worked so hard to make it all happen eventually. Brilliant comms throughout and they kept on the case to completion. A huge thanks to the whole team but especially Louise who kept the pressure on all the way through.
