Efficient, friendly and helpful. So nice to be kept up-to-date on progress without have to chase. Always helpful and gives a quick reply wherever possible. Eloise is just brilliant and a credit to Leaders. She deserves a 6 star but you can only chose 5. We knew we would be well looked after when Leaders dealt with our renting.
