The overall experience was excellent Very prompt with answers to my many questions, most questions were answered instantly and if answers were sought from the vendor then it would be with me within hours of the viewing. Louise has an excellent manner, during my viewings and subsequent visits she was always on time, a cheerful and very helpful manner and first class knowledge of the property in question. I actually can’t say thank you enough to Eleanor for helping us get our dream flat. We did two viewings with her and even when ones were cancelled due to things beyond her control she was so respectful and helpful to us.
