The customer service was excellent, staff were always super helpful over the phone and always fast at replying to our questions. We highly recommend Jade as they were always so helpful and efficient! We would give 5 stars for the customer service but we are giving 4 stars overall as Leaders has partnered with Goodlord™ to handle our references and that company was so poor and so terrible at communicating and organisation that we almost became homeless due to that company's poor structure.

Our experience started a bit bumpy but once we switched associates and started speaking to Jade the process instantly became so easy. Jade came in and fixed any issues we had along the way! She made me feel so comfortable moving into our new flat and answered questions in a helpful manner which helped so much! If you’re moving ask for Jade!

Susie is fabulous! My husband and I decided to rent our flat, met with Susie, went live on Rightmove and found a tenant within two weeks. Everything was straightforward, all our questions were answered and Susie replied quickly which meant we were never left guessing or worrying!
